Site assessment and planning: We visit your current location, review the floor plan at your destination, and identify any access, parking, or logistics requirements at both buildings. For multi-floor or multi-department moves, we build a phased move plan so operations can continue as much as possible during the transition.

COI and building coordination: Most Houston commercial buildings - particularly those in Clear Lake City, the NASA area, and the business parks along El Camino Real and Bay Area Boulevard - require a certificate of insurance from your moving company before allowing access. We provide COIs naming your building management as an additional insured, and we coordinate move-in windows, elevator reservations, and loading dock scheduling in advance.

Labeling and inventory: Before moving day, your crew lead works with your office manager or facilities contact to label every item, workstation, and piece of equipment with its destination location. Nothing gets moved to the wrong place.

Execution: We move on the schedule you set - after hours, on weekends, or in phases during business hours if needed. Floors and common areas are protected. Building requirements are followed. Your crew lead is your single point of contact throughout the move.

Setup and placement: At the new location, furniture is placed according to your floor plan, cubicles are reassembled, and equipment is staged for your IT team. We do not leave until your space is set up and you have confirmed everything is in order.

Post-move support: If items need to be repositioned after your team settles in, or if surplus furniture needs to be removed from the old location, we handle it. Our job is not done until your business is fully operational.
