When I called to get a quote, Cristina said they try to make moving easy and that was my experience. Enrique, Jesus & Tyler were all very polite and considerate. We are so grateful for everyone at Moving by Design. We had originally hired movers to help unload our U-Haul after driving overnight 8 hours to our new place in Friendswood and they cancelled on us right before. The guys at Moving by Design were able to come out on such short notice and got our truck unloaded extremely fast. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. Moving By Design is a professional moving company. They were absolutely amazing. I also loved how they carefully packaged our large screen TVs. We had zero worries that they would get damaged. Our furniture stayed in storage for several months. They had our furniture covered in plastic. Then they went and picked everything up for the final move and you couldn’t even tell that the pieces had been stored for months until our house was finished being built. Thanks for taking care of us during our two moves. You made the moves smooth and seamless.

I had such a positive experience with Moving by Design in Webster, TX. I had Drako, Jesse, and Chris helping with my move, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Drako and Chris came on Tuesday, October 29, to pack and wrap everything carefully – they took the time to secure all my things properly, and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. The next day, Drako, Chris, and Jesse were back to get everything moved over to my new house, and they handled it all with such care and efficiency.Drako especially went out of his way to answer any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. He’s super knowledgeable and really took the stress out of the move for me. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and worked hard to get everything done smoothly. We called Moving by Design on the day of our move after League City Movers said their truck broke down and they weren't sure if they could move us (turned out the truck didn't break down, they were finishing a job from the day before). Moving by Design was able to squeeze us in using a crew from A1 Movers. Morqus, Drako and Jesses were great and worked non-stop to get us moved. We were grateful to Moving by Design but also the A1 crew. I would highly recommend them for your move.

They carefully wrapped 13 pieces of large furniture, including the special care it takes to move a grandfather clock, and delivered the furniture to 4 locations, in record time. This review is long overdue because life has been hectic, but it has to be said how mazing this company is:I will highly recommend them to anyone. They were extremely communicative on the day the y moved me. I had multiple questions, as I had never paid for movers before, and Tim patiently answered every single one and kept me in the loop throughout the day. The movers were extremely kind and hard working. You never would have known they spent the day killing themselves in this heat with other moves because they had such great attitudes. They moved with quickness and care. Even when it came time to unload at my new place, where the top of the stairs is very narrow and cumbersome, they still had such great attitudes. The cherry on top of how amazing this company is, is the patience and professionalism at the time of my transaction. Until the following business day, we had not known my payment did not go through because their system had gone down. Upon trying to rerun the payment, we learned there was an unexpected issue with the card. When this happened, I would have expected Tim become become very upset and insist immediate payment, but that is not what happened. He worked with me and my CC company while they resolved the issue and payment was eventually processed. As embarrassed as I was and upset with my CC company, Tim never made me feel inferior. I will definitely be using Moving By Design for all my future moving needs... I'll just make sure my cc is working next time ;)

Moving by Design came through for us big time yesterday. With the potential of my in-laws house flooding again, I called Tim early in the morning and he sent a crew out in the afternoon to help with the big stuff. They were a huge help! They even helped move a few things at the neighbors house! We're going to have them come back in a few days (if they don't flood) to move everything back. You have no idea how big of a help the crew was. They kept a positive attitude the whole time and did whatever was needed. That's a huge relief in such a stressful situation! Thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish. Movers where on time and finished well within the quote time. They where very careful with my items, worked hard while it was raining, never complained even when getting wet, they handled themselves professionally. I unfortunately do not remember their names, not because I was not told I just forgot with everything going on. Definitely will recommend and use again in the future if needed.

Needed to move a gun safe into my home asap. My initial delivery guy left it in the middle of my driveway, claiming that's all he was paid to do. It was going to rain that day, so I called to get an estimate, and they were ready to come out immediatley. Very nice, professional and would definitely use them again.. Moving By Design moved a very heavy large glass dining table for us. The move required some advanced planning on the best way to carry it out and it was last minute. They went above and beyond. On extremely short notice (less than 1 day), we needed to have a heavy hospital bed and a lift chair moved out of my Father-in-law's apartment. Moving by Design was extremely helpful in making the arrangements for a team of three movers to meet me at the apartment facility. They were all extremely professional at the facility and extremely polite to everyone that they interacted with. They loaded the lift chair and the hospital bed (600 pounds) onto their truck and secured them. After following me to our home, they unloaded the hospital bed and moved it into the room that we designated. This was a feat in itself, but the made all the necessary adjustment to move the bed into the room and then set it up for us. They were extremely careful to avoid damaging the bed and chair or contacting any walls and doorframes. They did everything that we asked and more. I am very happy that Moving by Design moved this furniture for us, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who is making a move or needs assistance transporting furniture/household goods. They are professional from the moment that you first contact them, and that professionalism continues throughout the move process. We have used many movers through the years for long-haul and local moves, and I can say without any hesitation or reservation that they are the best. Three words that sum them up: polite, professional, and efficient.

About ten days before my move, I sent an email to Cristina with the details. The company responded quickly with an estimate. Once I scheduled the move, they emailed a contract as well as some helpful moving documents. They checked in with me the day before the move, and the crew showed up on time the next day. The three-man team was very efficient and hard-working. The actual charge ended up being right in line with the estimate.

Showed up on time for a long distance 2 day move. Three men loaded the truck. Two drivers and a crew member. Took good care of my things and loaded fast and efficiently. Two drivers then took the truck to the town in Tx where we moved. The next day they arrived and unloaded the truck into the new house and were really good about reassembling furniture and placing boxes where required. I found Moving By Design through a Facebook group recommendation and I was NOT disappointed. They were extremely responsive and communicated through each step of the process.
